HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
If you have chosen a favorite sporting goods, then click “Add to cart”, and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart as sporting goods, as needed. If you have already completed the selection of sporting goods, then proceed directly to checkout.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Carefully check the contents of your basket. You can change the number of instances of the product or remove individual items by simply pressing the “Recalculate”. Further, if all selected correctly, click the “Checkout”. On the next step enter personal information (contacts, name, shipping address). You will then check the entered information and click “Send.” In the nearest future our manager will contact with you, to clarify again the data and confirm your order.
WHAT ARE MONFUEGO JACKETS MADE OF?
Our jackets combine 600-fill-power Down with a ultra-light 15-denier 100% nylon shell. They are constructed with durable water-resistant fabric to keep heat in, and weather out. A high fitted collar plus elastic cuffs help keep drafts out. Elastic band binding at the bottom hem seals out cold and wind. The sturdy nylon fabric keeps the down from escaping, and the chin-length zipper zips through the high collar to help your neck and face stay warm in cold weather. Monfuegos quilt-through design also reduces pack size allowing you to easily compact it into the included carrying pouch, so you can take it with you wherever you go.

IS SHIPPING FREE? HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE??
All orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will be packed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped on the following day.

Monfuego covers the costs of worldwide shipping.
For shipments in the USA we use DHL eCommerce which will arrive at your door between 3 – 5 business days. If you would like a faster shipping service we offer Fedex 2 day shipping and Fedex 1 day shipping at an additional charges.
International orders are shipped with FedEx International Priority which takes between 3 – 5 business days and are subject to import duties/VAT of which Monfuego is not responsible for.
WILL I BE SENT A TRACKING NUMBER??
After an order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier, so you can keep up with your delivery. Please allow at least 12 hours for the DHL eCommerce or FedEx website to update itself before tracking your package. DHL and FedEx assume all responsibility for delivering your purchase. We can’t track packages after they have left our shop. Please use the tracking number you are provided in the confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking number you should check your spam folder!
Monfuego reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and a cancellation may be made in specific cases of negative customer credit history, inconsistencies related to the provided billing and shipping address, or a requested shipping destination which we are not allowed to deliver to. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.
CAN I BUY MONFUEGO JACKETS AT A RETAIL STORE??
We are working into getting into a store near you! If you are interested in selling Monfuego in your store please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with some basic information about your shop (location, type of shop, contact information etc.) and you will be contacted by our wholesale team within 24hr.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY MONFUEGO??
If one of our jackets doesn’t work out for you, please reach out to us and we will gladly exchange it for a better size! While we cover the costs of shipping for exchanges in the U.S, we cannot do so on international orders so please make sure you choose the right size!
We accept requests for exchanges within the first 14 days after your purchase. To qualify for a exchange, the item must be in the original condition. Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted. In the unlikely event they are damaged or lost in transit you must file a claim with the carrier.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO EXCHANGE MY MONFUEGO JACKET??
Submit a request for exchange through our contact page. A Monfuego representative will get in touch within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
CAN I RETURN MY MONFUEGO??
If you have received a defective or a damaged product, you will be eligible for a free replacement. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged item. In the event that you don’t like the item or have changed your mind we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
